His film and television work has received critical acclaim on platforms like HBO, BET, A&E, Vice, Youtube Originals and more. For over 20 years, Mervyn has served as a leading strategist in political communications, working on social issue campaigns that impact the lives of millions. His cause-related advertising content has received numerous awards: Andy— Gold, AICP Award—Animation, Campaign Magazine— Inclusive and Creative Awards and American Advertising Awards (Silver + Bronze). His belief in the power of storytelling to offer new possibilities informs the foundation of Field/House Productions.
TARANA BURKE
CO-FOUNDER
Tarana J. Burke has been working at the intersection of racial justice, arts and culture, anti-violence and gender equity for nearly three decades. Through the founding of MeToo, her work has not only exposed the truths of sexism, but has created networks of support for survivors and paved the way for everyone to find their place within this movement. Field/House is deeply committed to amplifying the voices of the marginalized and those who have been systematically kept from shaping their own narratives.
